  • Owned the design and development process for brands within the sporting, outdoor recreation, and outdoor home categories representing the majority of the $300M product portfolio

  • Led the design language development which included form language, CMF strategy, and product branding for the new Frida Mom category

  • Developed products in a variety of materials and manufacturing processes: textiles, insulations, silicones, and plastics

  • Collaborated with product development and engineering to execute and launch products within a fast paced, CPG timeline of 3-6 months

  • Launched over five NPD products within one season all with an above 4.8/5 star rating as the lead designer and within a year of hire

  • Managed EPD improvement projects for cost reduction and manufacturing efficiency and design updates based on consumer feedback 

  • Presented concepts, user research, and design development directly to the CEO and C-suite executives for project continuation and buy in

  • Worked with a variety of materials and manufacturing processes- Knitting, weaving, dyeing and finishing, cut and sew construction, 3D knitting, flatbed knitting, circular knitting

  • Managed the WGSN relationship to forecast CMF trends in home furnishings, bedding and accessories to establish seasonal color and pattern capsules

  • Developed CMF strategies for seasonal color capsules- presented mood boards and concept renderings to visually illustrate CMF stories and gain leadership buy in

  • Worked closely with the design research team to develop and administer user testing and analysis-interviewing users, creating in-home tests and surveys, analysis and presentation of results

  • Sampled, reviewed, and approved color and material swatches and was responsible for the internal and external communication of development within timeline and budget
